These automations are used as operational tools. Final operational outcomes may still involve manual review, overrides, audits, compliance checks, or business judgment where needed.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The site uses limited cookies and session storage necessary for account sessions, affiliate referral tracking, and system functionality. The affiliate program stores a cookie named affiliate_ref for up to 30 days when a valid affiliate referral link is used. Session cookies may also be used for account login and administrative access.

We do not represent that the site is entirely cookie-free, but we do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through this system.

Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than plaintext. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect stored information, but no method of transmission, storage, or security control can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
