Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Next Level AI Browser collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information when you visit the website, create an account, redeem a code, request support, join the affiliate program, request a refund, or use related services. By using the website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to operate the service, process purchases, deliver redeem codes, manage accounts, support affiliates, review refunds, secure downloads, and maintain system integrity.

  • Account information such as name, email address, password hash, verification status, account creation date, license plan, affiliate referral reference, and account status.
  • Affiliate information such as affiliate name, email, password hash, referral email link, sales totals, commission totals, pending balances, paid balances, and refunds.
  • Redeem and purchase information such as redeem code status, plan, purchase email, transaction references, and creation or redemption timestamps.
  • Device protection information such as device fingerprint hash, device label, first download timestamp, and device lock status.
  • Password reset information such as email address, reset token, and token expiration time.
  • Communications and support information you voluntarily provide when you email support or submit a refund request.
  • Basic technical and security information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, cookies, and system logs used to secure the service and prevent abuse.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to operate and protect the platform, including to:

  • create, verify, secure, and maintain your account;
  • send confirmation emails, password reset emails, redeem emails, affiliate onboarding emails, purchase emails, and support responses;
  • generate, validate, and redeem access codes;
  • enforce one-device download activation rules and protect paid access;
  • track affiliate referrals, attribute affiliate sales, calculate commissions, and manage payout records;
  • review refund requests and detect suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate activity;
  • operate monitoring, security, payout, refund, and self-healing automation agents;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations, payment disputes, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping needs.

3. AI Agent Operations

Portions of the system are supported by automation agents that assist with affiliate tracking, refund review, payout preparation, suspicious-activity monitoring, and system health checks. These automations are used as operational tools. Final operational outcomes may still involve manual review, overrides, audits, compliance checks, or business judgment where needed.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The site uses limited cookies and session storage necessary for account sessions, affiliate referral tracking, and system functionality. The affiliate program stores a cookie named affiliate_ref for up to 30 days when a valid affiliate referral link is used. Session cookies may also be used for account login and administrative access.

We do not represent that the site is entirely cookie-free, but we do not intentionally use third-party advertising trackers to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising through this system.

5. How Information Is Stored

The system is built around self-hosted file storage. User, affiliate, redeem code, device, password reset, log, and automation records may be stored in JSON files and related server-side logs. Passwords are stored in hashed form rather than plaintext. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect stored information, but no method of transmission, storage, or security control can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

  • to service providers or infrastructure providers strictly as needed to host the website, send email, or process payments;
  • to payment processors for transaction handling, fraud prevention, disputes, and compliance;
  • to legal authorities, regulators, courts, insurers, investigators, or advisors where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, safety, or compliance interests;
  • in connection with an audit, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business or assets, subject to lawful handling of personal information.

We do not state that we never disclose data; instead, disclosures are limited to legitimate operational, payment, legal, and security needs.

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for securing your email account, and for using the software and services lawfully and responsibly. You are also responsible for content, prompts, websites, and data you access or process through the software.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain business and tax records, manage refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect the system. Information may remain in server logs, backups, or archival records for a reasonable period after account closure or deletion where legally or operationally necessary.

9. Children

The services are not directed to children under 13, and you may not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so. If you believe information from a child has been submitted inappropriately, contact support so the matter can be reviewed.

10. Your Choices and Requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information. Because the service is self-hosted and structured around account, payment, license, security, and fraud controls, some information may need to be retained even where deletion is requested.

To submit a privacy or support request, contact support@nextlevelaibrowser.com.

11. Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on the website unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
